About the eventThe 4th annual Capoeira Women's Encounter really is YOUR event. It is a celebration of women through Capoeira, dance, music and unity. Especially with all the incredible energy that's been building through women's marches and events throughout the globe, we want to come together, show our strength, build support and continue to cultivate the role of women in Capoeira and the world!

The theme of the event this year is "Capoeira - Alegria Paz Amor e Harmonia" ~Capoeira - Happiness, Peace, Love and Harmony" and each workshop or Roda will focus on incorporating one of these principles into your Capoeira. It's an unmissable opportunity to step up your game, build your skill set, make connections, and have an amazing, fun experience surrounded by Capoeristas supporting women!

Men, Women and Children are invited to attend, participate or just watch. We will have workshops, Rodas, Vendors, and giveaways.
